Posture Fix Workout for Office Workers ! Are your sitting whole day at the desk, slouching in a chair, having back pain and stiff muscles?Learn how to reverse computer posture with corrective work exercises. Welcome to Desk-worker program. Each week will consist of 3 days/week exercises & stretches that should take roughly 10-15 min/day. The program design has different workouts each day and gets slowly more advanced as you gradually build strength and comfort with the exercises! EQUIPMENT REQUIRED - Cord Resistance Bands (£9 Amazon) – Link Provided - Chair / Bench / Couch - Doorway
